There are many recipes available online Saag Aloo, but I want someone who knows more, as the fellow who made Bombay Bicycle.

Saag Aloo shit I had a stupid Indian, not heeding the clear on the quality of their food out and I do not wan't to taste like shit to do.

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

2 large onions

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 / 2 coriander seeds ct

1 / 2 ct Caraway

1 / 2 chili powder ct

1 / 2 ct coriander low

900g/2lb fresh spinach

450g/1lb Potatoes

1 / 2 ct salt

2 fenugreek ct

100g/4oz canned tomatoes



Instructions



1. 2.5cm/1in Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Place in a pot of lightly salted water and cook for 10-15 minutes until they are soft.



2. Meanwhile, wash spinach in cold water in pot with water clinging to leaves, cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, shaking the pan occasionally. Drain well and remove as much water as possible. Set aside.



3. A piece of onion. Heat the oil in a large skillet, add onion and saute until they are brown. AddAdd the cumin and coriander, and 1 minutes.



4. Chop the remaining onion and place in a food processor or blender, fried onions. Mix well and simmer 5 minutes.



5. You can add the reserved potatoes, cook spinach, salt and fenugreek, onion and 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally there.



6. Stir in tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons oil
Each 1 onion, chopped
4 each curry leaves
6 fenugreek
1 / 4 teaspoon Kalonji
2 each tomatoes, sliced
1 teaspoon of tea-garlic paste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 1 / 2 tsp coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 1 / 2 teaspoon mango powder
6 each Potatoes
9 oz frozen spinach
Water 1 / 4 pt
2 each red bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
10 pieces grated ginger


Arrival

Heat oil and fry onions, curry leaves, fenugreek and Kalonji
hae that the color changed. Reduce heat to medium and add the
Tomatoes, garlic, chili powder, coriander, salt and mango powder.
Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes before adding the spinach and
Potatoes. Continue to sauté for 5 minutes.

Saag Aloo

20 oz spinach
1 1 / 2 cups water
4 oz onions, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced very thin
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pinch ground asafetida powder (optional)
2 teaspoons black mustard seeds together
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
1 pound potatoes, peeled and in 3 parts of 4 to 1 inch cut (I'll cook it first)
1 / 4 c. Tea cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Bring water to boil in a saucepan.
Add spinach, cover and cook until done exactly.
Drain in a strainer and rinse with cold water.
Press the mass of the liquid and chop coarsely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
When hot, add asafoetida followed by mustard seed.
Once the mustard seeds begin, pop, add onion and garlic.
Fry for 2 minutes.
Add spinach, salt and 2 teaspoons of water, bring to a boil.
Cover tightly, turn heat to low and simmer gently for 40 minutes, or leave until the potatoes are soft.
Stir occasionally and adding liquidGo into the pot when it is too dry.
