I had my wisdom teeth pulled last 3 years and no, I do not have a catheter. I'm not sure what you need. I have many dental practices before and most of them under general anesthesia (where you are completely out did). The only symptom I had urinary tract, was the need to urinate a few minutes after I woke up. I suppose if you or your dentist is concerned about this issue, then a catheter could do, but I've never heard of it done. Also I have all my clothes for any dental treatment, which I had made. One thing is if you wear a hood that could hamper his head in his neck. Good luck with your speech, you are good to eat soft foods (ice!) And the rest out.
