I am a man to grow my hair and looked closely at the hair and scalp, and the announcement of white dots here and there ... I took a shower with shampoo and conditioner .. Hair and blow dry? has lice or dandruff?

If someone find lice or eggs, you do not have lice. I think if you just need the head and shoulders.
